Every question, answered

Can I use a photo from my phone?

Absolutely. Most phone photos work perfectly. For the best result, choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see. Every photo is reviewed by a real person before we begin.

What if my photo isn’t good enough?

Send us your favorite one. We’ll review it before any design work starts. If we think another photo would create a better portrait, we’ll let you know and help you choose one.

Can I have more than one pet on one piece?

Yes. You can add multiple pets to the same piece. For the clearest result, we recommend uploading a separate photo of each pet rather than one group photo.

Will it actually look like my pet?

That’s the whole point. We pay close attention to the details that make them them — their markings, coloring, expression, eyes, ears, and little quirks. You’ll see your portrait before we stitch anything.

Can I make changes to the portrait?

Of course. We’ll email you a proof before production begins, and you can request changes until you’re happy with it. We won’t start embroidery until you approve the design.

Can I order one for a pet who has passed away?

Absolutely. Many of the pieces we make begin with an older, treasured photo. It doesn’t need to be recent or professionally taken — if the photo gives us enough detail to work with, we can turn it into something you can keep close and wear.

What happens after I approve the design?

Once approved, your portrait moves into embroidery. After your piece is finished, we’ll also photograph the completed embroidery so you can see how it turned out before it makes its way to you.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we generally can’t accept returns for a change of mind. But if there’s an issue with your pet’s portrait, our Happiness Guarantee has you covered — we’ll remake it for you at no extra cost.

How long does it take?

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days once your design is approved, including production and shipping. Your timing may also depend on how quickly the artwork is approved.
