Preview & Approval
To ensure the best possible result for your personalized embroidery piece, our design team will create a custom pet illustration based on the photo you upload before production begins.
This illustration will be used to create the embroidery on your selected garment, so we kindly ask you to review it carefully once it is sent.
Preview Timeline
After your order is placed and your pet photo is uploaded, our design team will usually send your custom illustration preview to the email address used at checkout within 48 hours.
Approval Reminder Process
To help avoid unnecessary delays, our approval process is as follows:

First preview email: We will usually send your illustration preview within 48 hours after your order is placed and the photo is uploaded.

Second reminder email: If we do not receive a reply within 72 hours after the first preview email, we will send a follow-up reminder.

Automatic production: If we do not receive a response within 10 days after the first preview email, we will consider the preview approved and your order will automatically move into production based on the preview shown.
Please Check Your Email
Please make sure to check your inbox after placing an order. Sometimes our emails may be filtered into your spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders.
If you have not received your preview email within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder first or contacting our customer support team.
How to Approve or Request Changes
Once you receive your preview, simply reply to the email with:
“It’s perfect, go ahead!” if everything looks good and you approve the design.
Or reply with:
“I’d like a few tweaks.” and let us know what you would like adjusted. Please be as specific as possible (e.g., 'Make the ears a bit darker' or 'Adjust the eye shape') to help us get it right in the next round.
Important Note
Because each item is personalized and made to order, once your order enters embroidery digitizing or production, changes, cancellations, or photo replacements may no longer be possible.
To help us create your custom piece smoothly and accurately, please keep an eye on your email and reply to our preview confirmation as soon as possible.
